We have served multiple industrial markets in applications from thick walled pump and valve components to thin walled enclosures and other “easy” to “tough” applications for over 40 years.

Our ability to help you with design for manufacturability, material selection and then mold and assemble (subassemblies or full assemblies) from commodity to highly engineered materials enables us to help you develop a wide array of components that may be unique to your industry. Valve and Pump components, whether fluid or air regulation, have become a specialty.

We can support you on either new projects or help you solve problems on current production items. We have considerable experience in transferring and solving existing production related issues.

We have considerable experience in processing the highly engineered and heavily filled materials.  Some of them are Polyetheretherketone (PEEK®), Liquid Crystal Polymers (LCP), Polyestermide (PEI), Polysulfone (PSU),  Polypenylene Sulfide (PPS), Polybutylene Terephthalate “Polyesters” (PBT,), Polyethersulfone (PES) and more as well as the more “commodity” resins such as  Acrylonitrile Butadiene-Styrene (ABS), Polycarbonate (PC), Nylon (PA), Acetal (POM), Styrene-Acrylonitrile ( SAN),  Acyrlic (PMMA), Polypropylene (PP)  High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and others.

We will support you on your easiest part configurations to the most complex geometries moldable. With our in-house plastic CNC machining capabilities we can even support you on those geometries that are not moldable!
