• Part Design and Design for Manufacturability - MPC advises its customers regarding the appropriate plastic material and assists in the development of workable functional designs for injection molding.
• Design for Automation - Our engineers advise our customers on part design for downstream operations, including highly automated assembly equipment.
• Design for Cost - Work closely with our customers to ensure that the overall program cost targets are met by designing parts and tooling that maximize the use of automation and minimize the cost of tooling. MPC offers in-house CNC machining of dimensions and/ or part features where the ROI is a greater return than expensive and complex tooling.
• Mold-Flow Analysis - We can analyze mold flows to reduce the risk of molded problems before expensive tooling is manufactured.
• Tool Design - Our engineers work closely with the tool design engineer to design tools that will consistently produce high-quality products at the targeted production rates with low maintenance costs.
